Karlee learned to meditate and connect to God, The Divine when she was 12 years old. She went from feeling connected to unhealthy/abusive relationships, being walked on and having Complex - PTSD and suicidal thoughts. She learned to  the root of her problems, created boundaries, released emotional and physical pain, to become whole again and have a happy, beautiful healthy marriage and family. She helps others with this everyday for the last 20 years.

  • Karlee Holden’s work quickly grew and became a magnetic force to help people with similar unpleasant experiences transform their lives and know what love they deserve.

  • Her work began with celebrities to help them overcome anxiety, overthinking, depression and suicide.

  • Gets people out of their heads and into their bodies, where emotional pain needs to be released (coming out of fight flight freeze responses) in order to learn the lessons and have mental clarity.

  • Create healthy boundaries.

  • Gets people to the root of unhealthy patterns.

  • Discover how triggers are good to clean out the old version of yourself so you can be your best self.

  • Teaches people to be able meditate, and sit in silence and connect to their Soul/God, The Creator, the greatest love, peace you can find.

I have been blessed to work with and help many clients over the last twenty years, and personally overcome unbearable symptoms without medication as well. My greatest desire is to share the tools about how my clients and I did this so that others will be inspired to overcome their unbearable pain symptoms too and feel better.
